Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Tracks (Tracks) is a statewide program that provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) to low-income individuals and families who are eligible to receive SNAP benefits. The program aims to foster positive behavioral changes related to nutrition and physical activity.

FY 2011 RFP Now Available!
We are pleased to announce that the Pennsylvania Nutrition Education TRACKS Request For Partners (RFP) for federal fiscal year 2011 is now available.
The RFP provides general information related to the TRACKS program, including descriptions of our programming tracks and a statewide needs assessment; all materials necessary for agencies to apply, including forms, instructions & samples, and cost share information.
