TRACKS is funded through USDA’s Food & Nutrition Service (FNS) and operates the program according to FNS SNAP-Ed Plan Guidance. TRACKS has specific nutrition education plans for three target audiences: adults/seniors, school-age children, and preschoolers. Agencies serving low income individuals and families can submit annual applications for funding to provide nutrition education programming that aligns with one or more of these education plans.
