Albert Einstein Healthcare Network (AEHN)
“Families Understanding Nutrition (FUN)”

“FUN” is an initiative of A Better Start, the preventative health education component of Women and Children's Service Line of the Albert Einstein Health Network (which is a part of The Jefferson Health System) targeting FSP Eligible families with children. AEHN has a strong preschool program, reaching children and caregivers at eligible preschools in Philadelphia. An interesting part of their program is delivering FSNE to caregivers at local grocery stores.
