Albert Einstein Medical Center
The Einstein team conducts 28-week nutrition education series in kindergarten, first and second grade classes. Each week students learn about a new food, each corresponding to a letter of the alphabet, and participate in hands-on activities designed to reinforce the nutrition lesson as well as the skills being emphasized in the core curriculum.
