Program Locations & Target Audience

Pennsylvania Nutrition Education Tracks (TRACKS) is a statewide program that provides Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) to low-income Pennsylvanians.

Use this map to identify locations for TRACKS services within qualifying census tracts (>50% of residents <185% of poverty level). Updated 2/19/15: This map includes data from 2009-2013.

  1. Click on the image of the map to open the page.
  2. In the top left-hand corner of the page, click on "Basemap" button and select "Streets".
  3. Also in the top left-hand region of the page, click on "Content" button.
  4. In the menu on the left, scroll all the way to the bottom.
  5. Hover over the item that says "County" and click on the "..." for more options.
  6. Select "Transparency" and use the control to adjust the transparency of the counties.
  7. You should then be able to see the streets through the shaded counties.

FY 2014 SNAP-Ed Guidance includes information about identifying and understanding the target audience on pages 23-26.
